Hello! I’m Meg, a 21 year old British girl from the South West of England.

Be Kind To Your Mind is a mental health and lifestyle blog that was born as small hobby during a tough time. With sheer passion and a love for expressive writing, it has grown into something special with relatable, witty and honest content my audience can fully engage with.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,┬áDepression , Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. I’m a mental health advocate with a passion for raising awareness, helping others and fighting against the stigma that surrounds mental illnesses. This is why I created Be Kind To Your Mind.

I’m currently training to be a mental health counsellor as I want to use the bad times in my life to help others improve theirs.
