I’m Meg, a 21 year old British girl from the South West of England.
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression , Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. I’m a mental health advocate with a passion for raising awareness, helping others and fighting against the stigma that surrounds mental illnesses. This is why I created Be Kind To Your Mind.
I’m currently training to be a mental health counsellor as I want to use the bad times in my life to help others improve theirs.
I’ll be posting about my own experiences with mental health, offering advice, and book reviews and anxiety busting ideas; as well as any other ramblings my mind wishes to express.
I hope you enjoy Be Kind To Your Mind as much as I do creating it.
